粉絲醃料:芹菜適量、蔥頭四粒(拍扁)、蒜頭4粒、芫荽適量、蔥適量、薑片3片、芫荽籽一茶匙
粉絲醃料:蠔油一茶匙、生抽一茶匙、黃薑粉三份一茶匙、魚露少許、糖少許、油一茶匙
起鑊材料:姜三片、蒜頭四粒、香茅一支(拍扁)、花雕酒一瓶蓋
