欠左大家勁耐嘅食譜,因為一路都買唔到新鮮墨魚,所以整唔到新嘅食譜出嚟!尋日去到老闆娘嗰度居然又有大墨魚!即刻買返嚟,咁即係代表今日冇得懶啦😝咁今日就整墨魚膠、整墨魚丸、整雞翼。
墨魚膠嘅食譜之前已經出過,今次嘅步驟就省略咗佢,所以就咁睇睇落去好容易整!如果懶嘅朋友可以用現成嘅墨魚膠同埋無骨雞翼,咁樣整20分鐘左右就有得食㗎啦!

1. 無骨雞翼解凍後,先以少許鹽醃最少兩小時
2. 墨魚膠混合各類型的芝士攪拌勻循
