今日突然間想整多啲嘢食,就玩一雞幾味啦!一隻雞分開兩種煮法,有湯有肉又有烤雞,兩款菜式嘅做法都好簡單,預備時間亦都唔係好多,啱晒鍾意食雞嘅你哋!

五香牛油焗雞件食譜
材料:雞髀兩隻、雞全翼兩隻
雞塊醃料:五香粉一茶匙、沙薑粉一茶匙、生抽1.5茶匙、麻油少許、魚露少許、牛油少許

1. 全雞洗乾淨後抹乾以一茶匙的鹽醃最最少兩小時
2. 把雞髀及雞全翼剪出

材料:雞殼一個、雞柳兩條(切塊)、青紅黃椒¼個(切塊)、洋蔥¼個(切塊)、草菇少許、車厘茄8至10粒(對半切開)、熱水1.5公升、椰汁300至400毫升
香草材料1. 蔥頭三至四粒、蒜頭五至六粒、芫荽根三至四條、南薑2-3塊、香茅2-3條(切段)
香草材料2:泰國芫荽適量、芫荽少許、檸檬葉3-4塊、青檸一至兩個(取汁用)
調味料:椰糖一茶匙、魚露一茶匙、鹽適量
其他:紅油(在Chili paste 樽取出)可省
