醬汁材料:日本豉油100毫升、味醂及料理走各30毫升、白糖兩茶匙、鰹魚片一至兩湯匙,水適量

1. 日本白米,洗乾淨後先煮熟,備用

4. 在小鍋中把醬汁材料煮滾,可按喜好調節鹹甜度

7. 在同一個炒鍋中加入適量的油,爆香洋蔥後,把雞肉放進(皮向下),以中火煎煮4分鐘

9. 打入兩隻生雞蛋,隨即攪拌以中火煮1分鐘,再焗2分鐘
10. 加入步驟4的雞蛋拌勻,然後加入青蔥段及蔥花
