豬肉醃料:生抽一茶匙、蠔油一茶匙、糖1/3茶匙、鷹粟粉少許、魚露少許、水兩湯匙左右、生油適量、鹹蛋白一隻
汁料:生抽兩湯匙、水4湯匙、白糖2-3茶匙、老抽少許
其他:滾油適量

1. 梅頭瘦肉剁碎,加入豬肉醃料,順時針攪拌勻循,然後用力撻成膠,先醃15分鐘
