上cooking Class嘅時候有一位同學特意問我可唔可以喺下一期嘅烹飪班教授茄汁豬扒意粉!要好多好多多汁嗰款!雖然我冇寫過食譜,但係食過好多次大約都知點樣整嘅。屋企人麻麻哋鍾意食豬扒,就將佢改良成為茄汁雞扒意粉!小朋友鍾意、大朋友都鍾意!茄汁味都係無人抗拒到嘅😚😚

意粉底醬汁材料:牛油20克、茄汁三湯匙、糖一茶匙(可按喜好自行加減)、鹽少許、水4-5湯匙
意粉面醬汁材料:蕃茄一個(一個蕃茄切開八件)、洋蔥1/4個、茄汁三至四湯匙、意粉水半碗、糖適量、喼汁1/2茶匙、鹽1/3茶匙、煎雞扒的油、生粉一茶匙

1. 雞扒解凍後,以少許鹽醃最少1小時備用
2. 燒熱一鍋滾水,加入少許鹽及橄欖油,煮至大滾,然後放入意粉,煮滾後,按包裝指示-2分鐘,煮意粉食至八成熟
