材料:水蜜桃兩個、鮮奶200ml、淡忌廉100ml、白糖60克、魚膠片2-3塊(每塊6克)、水一湯匙

1. 魚膠片加入一湯匙的水,在熱水上座溶(如果喜歡奶凍硬一點,用三塊魚膠片,否則可以用兩塊)
