今日整左吉列雞排漢堡俾細佬做lunch,原來好多朋友仔都喜歡,漢堡是買現成的漢堡包,食譜就唔寫啦,咁就寫吉列雞排同醬汁既食譜啦!今次用左改良既粉漿,細佬話收列既時候仲好脆,而honey mustard sauce 就用左簡單既材料去做,都不錯啊🤭

雞排配料:鹽1/5 茶匙
粉漿材料:水100毫升、鷹粟粉一湯匙、麵粉1.5湯匙(要自行調節,杰杰地就啱啦)、鹽1/4 茶匙、黑椒粉少許
其他:麵包糠少許
Honey mustard 材料:mustard 1湯匙、蜜糖1茶匙、apple cinder 少許、鹽少許、檸檬汁適量

1. 雞排解凍後在刀的位置𠝹上淺刀紋
2. 在皮的位置插小孔,以鹽醃最少30分鐘
