<p>荷葉飯大家就食得多啦，加埋鮑魚同埋蟹肉嘅荷葉飯就更加好味！有陣時經過海鮮檔見到細細隻嘅鮑魚仔，幾十蚊一份好抵食，用嚟整荷葉飯既好味又得體，如果有客人嚟屋企每人一個荷葉飯，都係唔錯嘅選擇！</p>

<p>材料： 糯米3杯、白米1杯、蝦米2湯匙、瑤柱1粒、冬菇4隻、花蝦一斤、蒜頭10-15粒、蔥花少許、雞湯2杯、荷葉1塊</p>



<p>步驟：</p>



<p>1. 糯米洗淨，以水浸最少3小時備用</p>



<p>2. 冬菇浸軟後切粒、蝦米洗淨、瑤柱浸軟後撕開</p>



<p>3.花蝦去腳，剪去頭部及去掉沙囊，去腸</p>



<p>4. 在平底鍋中以少許油爆香冬菇粒、蝦米及瑤柱至金黃</p>

<p>6. 加入糯米及洗淨的白米，再注入2杯雞湯鋪平，蓋上蓋子至冒煙，轉小火煮5分鐘即成糯米飯</p>

<ol>冬菇放室溫水中浸軟，洗淨後切粒、蝦米洗淨瀝乾備用、瑤柱浸軟撕成幼絲、紅蔥頭切片</ol>
