<p>每次去茶餐廳食午餐，都會有兩款湯可以揀：羅宋湯同埋忌廉湯，每一次都會選羅宋湯，因為感覺好似健康一啲！多啲菜，又冇忌廉湯咁飽肚。茶餐廳嘅羅宋湯一向比較辣，屋企有老人家同小朋友食飯，自己整可以control羅宋湯嘅酸辣度，鍾意酸啲可以加多啲茄膏、鍾意辣啲可以加多啲指天椒，悉隨尊便，羅宋湯就咁飲又得、用嚟整通粉都可以，一家大細都喜歡，有菜又有肉<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f970.png" alt="🥰" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p class="p1">話說屋企嘅小朋友好鍾意食漢堡扒，喺市面買嘅漢堡扒，唔知用乜嘢牛肉，通常又係急凍嘅感覺唔係好新鮮，所以就自己整啦！自己整嘅漢堡扒可以選擇用嘅材料，即日整即日食，鮮嫩多汁<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60d.png" alt="😍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p>收到好多PM問我鵪鶉髀要點樣整，今日終於有啲時間寫埋呢個食譜俾大家啦！非常簡單嘅食譜，簡簡單單醃咗啲鵪鶉髀，然後放落氣炸鍋度炸一陣就食得，冇氣炸鍋嘅朋友亦都可以煎熟佢焗熟佢都可以！鵪鶉髀雖然細細隻，但係肉質非常鮮嫩，有小朋友嘅屋企可以買俾小朋友煲粥食，大朋友一個人可以食到一盒<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60f.png" alt="😏" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />皮脆肉嫩，最緊要係無激素，食得放心又開心！</p>

<p>細佬對煮食嘅興趣日益濃厚，不過繼續都係鍾意煮西餐！上星期喺台灣返嚟之後忙着出貨，冇時間煮飯，細佬於是拍晒心口咁同我講：「晚餐就等我嚟啦！」，仲話要整新鮮嘅龍蝦包，自已去買材料，然後自己整。平時佢睇好多YouTube同埋食譜，然後就改良一下做出自己喜歡嘅味道。今次龍蝦包嘅醬汁加咗奶粉，帶有淡淡嘅奶香味，步驟嚟講唔算複雜，加上用新鮮嘅龍蝦去做非常鮮味，喜歡食龍蝦嘅朋友仔不妨試吓整啦。</p>

<p>祝大家母親節快樂！母親節好多人都會出街食，我自己好少喺過節嘅正日出街食，因為唔想逼人，最好都係喺屋企簡簡單單同屋企人食飯慶祝吓。南乳黃咖喱雞下髀，用上泰國買嘅黃咖喱粉加上香港製造嘅南乳味道會點樣呢？阿女話好好味，簡簡單單用氣炸鍋嚟整，唔使開鑊油去炸，外脆內軟，不錯也。</p>

<p>細佬從韓國回來後好想食我整嘅炸雞翼，阿女亦都好耐冇食過我整嘅嘢食！今日就如佢哋所願整單骨雞翼啦<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60e.png" alt="😎" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />每次整單骨雞翼都會爭住食唔夠食，可惜嘅係屋企只得返12隻雞翼，整出嚟只有24件，小朋友爭下爭吓好快食晒！我自己只食到三件<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f92d.png" alt="🤭" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />今次嘅雞翼，用上左土匪味道嘅孜然粉，經過油炸之後，更香更好味，大家快啲一齊睇吓點樣做啦！</p>

<p>小朋友考試季節，實在太忙啦！買咗一個椰子返嚟本身諗住煲椰子雞湯嘅，之後冇時間煲<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f923.png" alt="🤣" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f923.png" alt="🤣" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />有雞喺度又有椰子喺度咁整啲咩好呢？街市買嘅椰子欠缺甜味，想府中一點甜嘅話就要加啲椰青落去，臨時臨急買唔到新鮮嘅椰青都唔緊要，就用盒裝嘅椰青水啦！邊個牌子都冇乜所謂，總之係買100%純椰青水冇糖分嘅就可以啦！擺半隻雞入去焗一陣就有得食，非常方便又好味！</p>
