<p class="p1">去完旅行返嚟仲掛住當地嘅美食！趁味蕾仲記得地道嘅味道，快快脆脆整返個西班牙海鮮飯出嚟，記憶猶新寫過食譜記錄一下！下次想食嘅時候跟住自己個食譜整返當地嘅味道出嚟。</p>



<p class="p1">西班牙海鮮飯其實唔難整，不過鍋具有少少要求，就係需要淺底闊口嘅鍋具，另外湯底亦有少少要求，用新鮮嘅蝦整蝦湯底就最好味啦，我今日呢一個西班牙海鮮飯用咗大約1小時15分鐘去整，搞到遲咗食飯添！如果想整呢個飯嘅朋友仔早少少準備，難度不高係要啲時間啫<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/2764.png" alt="❤" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p class="p1">中國有句諺語話：「欲速則不達」，喺西方嘅烹飪藝術入邊，法式洋蔥湯完全可以體會到呢句諺語。看似簡單唔昂貴嘅食材，最貴其實就係心機、耐性同埋時間。法式洋蔥湯，炒洋蔥嘅過程需時45分鐘至1小時，要睇住洋蔥慢慢變色，唔可以校鬧鐘一定要望到實，少啲耐性都唔得。不過飲咗自己整嘅法式洋蔥湯之後，就好難返轉頭，因為自己整，用嘅材料一定最靚啦。</p>



<p class="p1">今次為咗慳啲時間，已經冇自己熬製牛骨湯，用上有機嘅牛骨湯去煮，味道依然。</p>

<p>我家的小朋友很喜歡吃意粉，間唔中都會有一啲特別嘅要求！今次嘅要求來自阿女<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f633.png" alt="😳" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />佢想食南瓜忌廉汁意粉<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f92d.png" alt="🤭" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p>其實西式意粉汁，來來去去都係咁上下做法，加咗南瓜蓉嘅忌廉汁省略了加麵粉水嘅步驟，因為南瓜本身係澱粉質，所以只要加咗落去個汁就會自己變杰，加上南瓜帶有小小嘅甜味，同蟹肉可以話係絕配呢！驚唔夠肉食？加埋雞肉落去，可以朝頭早整定，到送飯嘅時候加意粉落去就搞掂啦！</p>

<p>今日爭啲唔記得咗整lunch俾小朋友食，自己喺度休息嘅時候Hea下Hea下發現突然間原來已經係朝頭早11:30，馬上去雪櫃，睇吓有啲乜嘢食材，雞扒用晒，仲有一包雞柳喺度！半個甘筍、一啲粟米粒、蘑菇、洋蔥同埋一盒忌廉。雪櫃常備的牛油同埋牛奶都有，既然係咁就快快脆脆整個白汁雞皇長通粉啦！</p>
