花蟹嘅食譜我製作咗好多,但係好少用花蟹來做湯羹。幾日前經過街市,買來兩隻藍花蟹、又經過豆腐店,見到剛剛整好嘅新鮮嫩豆腐,咁不如就將蟹肉同埋豆腐加埋一齊,整一個鮮甜非常嘅豆腐湯羹啦!
豆腐湯羹用上蟹殼同埋雞湯來熬製,簡簡單單但係好好味呢!
