<p>蒸水蛋係小朋友最愛嘅食物之一，非常嫩滑的蒸水蛋用來拌飯吃一流！在相熟的海鮮檔買來兩隻海花蟹，size不太大隻，因為很早就買回家，所以先把它蒸了10分鐘，留了蟹汁備用。晚上就用它來蒸水蛋。</p>

<p>1. 海花蟹洗淨，先蒸10分鐘至8成熟</p>

<p>2. 雞蛋打好，放入雞湯及花雕酒拌勻</p>



<p>3. 把雞蛋放入容器中（想幼滑一點的話 ，用隔篩隔去氣泡就可）</p>



<p><br />4.拆開海花蟹，剪去蟹肺及蟹心，把蟹件放在已過濾的雞蛋上</p>
