<p>材料：西村象拔蚌一隻、芹菜（切段）少許、蕃茄三個（切件）、薑片兩片、海蝦一斤、莞蕃少許、鹽適量（按喜好）、雞上湯450 mL、清水450 mL</p>



<p>步驟：</p>



<p>1. 燒熱一鍋水，煮熟海蝦後去殼備用</p>

<p>3. 去除象拔蚌的膽，把象拔蚌尾部位置切大件</p>



<p>4. 象拔蚌深色的位置切去，把象拔的位置設成薄片</p>



<p>5. 在炒鍋中加入兩片薑及油，燒滾後放進已抹乾的海蝦殼炒香，加入蕃茄再炒香，加入上湯及清水，煮15分鐘</p>

<p>6. 過濾已煮好的湯，加入芹菜、銀芽及米線煮一會</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>泰菜常常使用很多香料：香茅、南薑、檸檬葉、金不換&#8230;&#8230;而在眾多香草當中，我最喜歡的是金不換的香味。金不換，英文名是sweet basil或Thai basil，葉子帶濃濃的香氣，而且甜甜地，但葉子不耐煮，一煮就會變黑，所以通常放在烹煮的最後步驟。</p>

<p>材料：</p>
<p>象拔蚌一斤、金不換4-5棵（洗淨取葉用）、蒜頭4-5粒切粒</p>

<p>步驟：</p>
<p>1. 象拔蚌請魚販劏好，洗淨後放煲火焯一焯以去殼，瀝乾水備用</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>沒有豬肉吃的日子，就給了我多一個借口去吃我最愛的海鮮，很久沒有吃象拔蚌了，今天經過海鮮檔，大大隻美國象拔蚌只售百餘元，食指大動，買了才慢慢考慮如何煮。</p>

<li>象拔蚌去膽、去衣後切片備用</li>
<li>青紅黃椒切片、蒜頭略拍、芹菜切段</li>
