<p>相熟嘅老闆娘送咗一桶韓國蠔俾我，佢話韓國蠔比起美國嘅蠔更爽更香，從來都冇試過用韓國蠔煮嘢食，今日就試吓啦！想保留豪嘅鮮味，用嚟整釜飯就最適合不過，配上珍珠米嚟煮，帶少少日本嘅風味，菜式並不難煮，宴客嘅時候拎出嚟，應該大家都好喜歡。</p>

<p>一直很喜歡生蠔的鮮味，也愛其幼滑的質感。可是家中的小朋友和老公卻不喜歡吃生蠔。今天在街市買來一包急凍廣島蠔，再買來半打新鮮的法國N2 生蠔，做一個香濃美味的廣島法國生蠔湯。西式的生蠔湯其實也是誤打誤撞做出來，不可說很正宗，但味道卻十分不錯。煲湯的時候全間屋充滿着蠔香，聞到都流晒口水<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f923.png" alt="🤣" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f923.png" alt="🤣" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p>材料：廣島蠔一包、法國N2生蠔6隻（也可使用其他的生蠔）、薯仔兩個（視乎大小-切粒）、甘筍半條（切粒）、雞湯500 ml、水500 ml、牛油半湯匙、香草（刁草、百里香、番茜少許-切碎）、忌廉50 ml、白酒半杯</p>

<p>步驟：</p>



<p>1. 廣島蠔以少許生粉洗淨，放入滾水煮10至15秒後取出，再沖洗乾淨備用</p>



<p>2. 法國生蠔去殼把蠔肉取出</p>

<p>3. 在鍋中加入牛油，放入薯仔甘筍爆香，加入廣島蠔略炒後注入白酒半杯，煮至酒量減一半，加入香草、雞湯及忌煮滾，中火煮15至20分鐘</p>

<p>4. 把湯連配料放進攪拌機中打碎蠔肉濃湯，把法國生蠔放進去煮5至10秒即成</p>

<p>所以說只要食材新鮮，不需要太高技巧和調味，也能煮出媲美餐廳的菜色。最重要的是無添加，食得安心又放心。</p>

<p>長大了也愛逛街市，看看東、看看西。要買海鮮的話，當然是到荃灣楊屋道街市啦！楊屋道街市海鮮品種多，非常新鮮又平宜，加上選擇多，總會找到自已想要的！</p>
