<p>最近忙着去醫院探病，少咗出post少咗寫食譜，不過農曆新年將近，係時候勤力啲鑽研菜式啦！今年農曆新年嘅盆菜有竹笙養蝦膠，想整得佢靚靚哋又想大家都follow到，就用一個最簡單嘅方法整！竹笙條條一樣長度，再加上用芹菜整嘅蝴蝶結，就好似一份份禮物放喺盆菜上面咁樣。</p>

<p class="p1">keep fit嘅時候，要食多啲蛋白質，但係又唔想咁悶、又想好味可以點樣做？就花啲心機，整蝦膠、剁豬肉、煎豆腐！</p>



<p class="p1">一般嘅釀豆腐用硬豆腐嚟做，因為冇咁容易爛，但係質地就會爭少少，有心機嘅可以用嫩豆腐去做，食落去質感更加好，係煎嘅時候要小心啲。</p>

<p>細細個最鍾意食瑤柱，成日偷媽咪啲瑤柱嚟食，放喺雪櫃一樽滿既瑤柱，偷下偷下變咗得返半樽。後尾被放蛇阿媽當場捉住，鬧咗一大餐<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f923.png" alt="🤣" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f923.png" alt="🤣" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f923.png" alt="🤣" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />，呢個都算係其中一個難忘嘅童年回憶。</p>



<p>長大後繼續鍾意食瑤柱！無論係煲粥、煲湯、炆野都鍾意加啲瑤柱落去。</p>



<p>前幾日忽然間想食節瓜脯又想食瑤柱，不如多啲新嘅意思，將瑤柱加入蝦膠，釀入去節瓜入面，味道應該不錯！</p>



<p>自己食好足料，加咗四粒大大粒嘅瑤柱，鮮味非常，大家快啲試吓整啦！</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>話說上次買的蟹鉗雖然細細隻，今一包只賣$105 仲釀有成30隻，做完蟹鉗粉絲煲後，還可以多做一道菜式！今天突然想吃脆卜卜的東西，就買來斤半鮮蝦，請家中的姐姐代勞，預備樂蝦膠，放工回來，只需4個步驟，就做好人見人愛，香噴噴的百花釀蟹鉗。在家吃 食多少也可，新鮮又實惠！幫鄰居整埋，加埋椰子雞湯外送，幸福也！</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>小時候很喜歡吃蓮藕，最愛吃媽媽煮的蓮藕炆排骨，蓮藕吸收了排骨的肉味，而排骨則吸收了蓮藕的甜味，加上蠔油的調味，整道菜非常有層次！而在蓮藕中， 我較喜歡爽口的蓮藕，咬起來帶有汁液，十分好吃！</p>
