<p>醬汁：蠔油1湯匙、豉油1湯匙、椰糖少許、麻油1茶匙、老抽少許（混合即可）</p>
<p>步驟：</p>

<li>糯米洗淨以室溫水浸2小時後瀝乾備用</li>

<li>臘腸及潤腸洗淨切粒</li>
<li>冬菇浸軟洗淨後切粒、蝦米洗淨</li>
