<p><strong>今天到楊屋道街市買大蝦，因為外送有很多大蝦的緣故，所以必須去買。卻給我遇到很平很抵食的石蠔。</strong>$50<strong>有</strong>28<strong>隻石蠔，還附送了開蠔刀。今晚可以食餐飽！以往石蠔一般以芝士來焗。今天搞搞新意思，在街市買來新鮮的番茜及刁草，回到家才想想要如何烹調。</strong></p>



<p><strong>打開雪櫃，有紅咖喱醬、黃咖喱醬及青咖喱醬。我常常覺得，青咖喱的味道與海鮮很匹配，就用他和新鮮的香草做一道青咖喱焗石蠔吧。加入了新鮮香草的焗蠔，味道清新，再加上青咖喱，第一點美味的辣味，非常好味呢。</strong></p>

<p><strong>材料：石蠔</strong>28<strong>隻</strong></p>



<p><strong>香草材料：刁草兩棵、番茜兩棵（全部切碎）、車厘茄五粒、蒜頭四粒、乾蔥頭兩粒、洋蔥</strong>¼<strong>個（全部切粒）</strong></p>



<p><strong>青咖喱醬料：青咖喱醬一湯匙、椰糖一茶匙、魚露、椰汁約半杯</strong></p>

<p><strong>步驟：</strong></p>



<p>1. 先用開蠔刀把石蠔打開，再把石蠔洗乾淨備用</p>

<p>2. 再炒鍋中加入少許油，爆香青咖喱醬，逐少加入椰汁至青咖喱醬出油，加入椰糖及魚露拌勻備用</p>



<p>3. 在另外一個炒鍋中爆香蒜頭、乾蔥頭、洋蔥至焦香，加入車厘茄爆香，拌入青咖喱醬及香草，即成青咖喱醬</p>

<p>4. 焗爐預熱180度，把石蠔放在焗爐的烤盤中，放上青咖喱醬，放進焗爐裏，焗12至13分鐘即可</p>
