<p>冬天而進補，田雞可以話係進補嘅食材之一，唔係好多人鍾意食田雞，但係鍾意嘅人就好鍾意，細細個同媽咪去行街市嘅時候，亦都會買田雞來吃。媽媽會將田雞同冬菇一齊蒸，係我哋中午最喜歡嘅餸菜之一。</p>



<p>曾經用田雞製作不同嘅菜式：有金不換炒田雞、田雞煲仔飯、冬菇蒸田雞……但係發現都係今次呢個方法最好味！</p>



<p>加咗花雕酒來煮嘅田雞，帶一點點酒香味，菜式中既沙薑，亦都為菜式增添左獨特嘅香草味道！調味料方面係屋企常被嘅豉油同埋糖，簡單非常。</p>

<p>疫情前好鍾意同朋友去食鐵板燒，睇住廚師喺面前將新鮮嘅食材煮好，然後熱辣辣送到我哋嘅面前，非常好味！鐵板燒嘅靈魂係鐵板燒汁，睇落去好似豉油嘅鐵板燒汁，其實蘊含着好多唔同嘅味道。</p>



<p>最近認識咗一位喺鐵板燒餐廳師傅，問佢一啲秘訣，佢就話俾我聽要用好多唔同嘅香料同埋材料，先可以做到咁香濃美味但係睇落去普通嘅鐵板燒汁！雖然佢冇公開份量俾我，依照一般做醬汁嘅做法，我自己試吓試吓，整咗呢個鐵板燒汁出嚟，當然冇鐵板燒餐廳百分百咁好味，但係我覺得都有九成似㗎！大家快啲試吓做，唔食鐵板燒用來做乜嘢？可以用來炒菜、炒肉一樣好味！</p>
