<p>8. 最後加入月桂葉，明火炆1.5小時左右或高速煲炆45分鐘</p>

<p>細個時候冬天會同屋企人去食蛇羹，食嘅時候都會附上一碟切咗幼絲嘅檸檬葉同埋一碟脆卜卜嘅薄脆，小時候好唔鍾意檸檬葉嘅味道，覺得苦苦地怪怪地咁，堅持話要加少少落去嗰度食，姑且一試，原來加咗檸檬葉又真係好味好多喎！</p>



<p>幾日前外送之後返屋企已經7:00，仲未準備晚餐，要快快脆脆整一個好味嘅菜式，小朋友話想要啲汁撈飯，於是就整一個南乳炆牛尾啦！突然間想起細個嘅時候食蛇羹嘅情況，於是就膽粗粗試吓加落去牛尾嗰度，點知好！好！味！牛尾非常林，醬汁濃郁好味，加多碟菜、蒸多條魚，又一餐啦！</p>

<p>漫無目的地喺街市度睇吓買咩煮晚餐，經過牛肉檔啱啱見到有新鮮嘅牛尾賣。以前煮牛尾一般都係用紅酒煮嘅方法，今日突然想試吓用另外一個方法來煮，睇吓效果如何。既然成日都整泰菜，就試吓用香茅來炆牛尾啦，用椰汁同埋黃姜來炆牛尾，自然地除去左牛嘅腥味，用慢煮嘅方法來做，牛尾亦都好嫩滑，當然用新鮮牛尾會好味好多啦！</p>
