<p>由細到大都好鍾意食炸雞翼，細個嘅時候爸爸會喺秋風起嘅時候買好多雞全翼返屋企，晨早流流就幫佢哋上皮，然後用冷衫嘅針將佢哋穿起，再掛喺衣架上面，掛喺窗出邊吹乾佢<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f923.png" alt="🤣" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />炸雞翼，對於我嚟講係一個好特別嘅童年回憶，因為要符合好多條件先有得食：秋風起、遇正星期六日阿爸唔使返工、仲要佢心情好、仲要唔懶肯出去買雞翼<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f61b.png" alt="😛" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />難道指數90%<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60e.png" alt="😎" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p>以前遇到秋風起嘅時候，都會間中喺露台嗰度吹乾啲雞翼自己用油炸，但係一玩就玩一日，今日晏晝突然間好想食炸雞翼，唔夠時間吊一日、天氣有潮潮濕濕咁樣！咁就試吓用氣炸鍋啦！</p>



<p>氣炸鍋最低嘅溫度，可以set到 40度，加上氣炸嘅風扇，我估應該可以將雞翼表皮抽乾！用呢個唔正宗嘅方法，整出嚟嘅雞翼一定冇用油炸咁好食，但係我覺得都有九成似！</p>



<p>唔想開油鑊炸或者突然間想食炸雞翼嘅朋友，用呢個懶人嘅方法，3個鐘內有得食！</p>
