<p>正所謂「煎堆碌碌金銀滿屋」，雖然已經過咗年初一至三，但仲係春節嘅月份，大家不妨都整一整煎堆，當甜品食下好味又有意頭！加上在家整，可以自己調節糖嘅份量，比較健康。</p>



<p>其實煎堆並不難做，只要少少時間就能做出最新鮮嘅煎堆，大家快啲睇吓下面嘅文字教學同埋YouTube教學啦！</p>

<p>賀年煎堆食譜<br />材料：糯米粉150克、白糖25至30克（小糖版本）、泡打粉兩克、油一湯匙、水85至95 克、白芝麻三湯匙</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>炎炎夏天有時都會想吃邪惡的東西，再配以一杯啤酒，滿足口舌之餘但暑氣全消。而咸蛋黃呢？ 經常用於大蝦、豆角、魚皮等等，帶一種獨特的咸香味，使人想一食再食。</p>
<p>上星期在街市買來3隻雞脾，本想用來做檸汁雞排，但突然又掛住咸蛋的味道，也沒有時間去自製，唯有再買來兩隻現成咸蛋黃，用來做黃金炸雞啦！</p>

<p>醃料：生抽1湯匙、魚露1茶匙、糖少許、鹽少許、麻油半茶匙、生抽1茶匙</p>

<li>雞脾起骨去皮後切成大件後以醃料醃最少30分鐘</li>

<p>拖了朋友良久，今天到訪b仔，好吧，試少少睇下自已整唔整到<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/263a.png" alt="☺" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />，果然雞翼尖好惹味，又香又滑，加了蒜蓉同紅辣椒，充滿蒜香味但不太辣。吃完後尋尋覓覓，終於找到有機無激素雞翼尖，可回家試煮。</p>

<p>步驟：</p>

<li>翼尖放在雪櫃先解凍，解凍後的雞翼尖以跑活水處理後洗淨</li>
<li>蒜頭去皮切粒、辣椒切粒。</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>朋友買了一隻4斤多的墨魚做墨魚丸，還剩下墨魚翼及墨魚鬚，我們三個人分，也分了不少回家！記得兒時去小食店有時也會點一款非常香口，脆卜卜的墨魚鬚，加上椒鹽吃十分惹味<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/263a.png" alt="☺" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<li>肥豬肉切細粒</li>

<p>材料：雞脾4隻（起骨起皮切塊）、蔥頭2粒（切碎）、香茅2支（要根部-切碎）、蒜頭2粒（切碎）、莞茜根3根（切碎）、黃薑粉少許</p>
<p>醃料： 魚露2茶匙、豉油1茶匙、椰糖2茶匙、鹽少許、切好的香草</p>
<p>沙爹汁：羅望子汁1茶匙、紅咖哩醬半湯匙、椰汁80-100ml、椰糖適量、魚露少許、花生碎少許、生抽少計</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>雞脾混合香草發醃料醃好最少30分鐘備用</li>
<li>雞脾肉以竹簽穿好，可煎熟、烤熟、焗熟</li>
<li>沙爹汁做法： 先在鍋中放50ml 椰汁煮滾至杰身、加入咖哩醬至香，再加入50ml 椰汁、椰糖、羅望子汁、魚露煮至杰身，最後加入花生碎即可</li>
