<p>小時候同家人去茶樓食飯，最鍾意叫嘅係冬瓜盅！除咗賣相好靚之外，冬瓜盅入面嘅湯仲要好好飲，清甜得來帶海鮮嘅味道。後來爸爸話不如試吓喺屋企做冬瓜盅，馬來迷你冬瓜，一個冬瓜開兩份，四個人飲啱啱好。</p>



<p>今天路經街市，突然間想做冬瓜盅，但就搵唔到迷你冬瓜。於是買來三斤普通嘅冬瓜，加入蝦、花甲及魷魚等等嘅海鮮，不消1小時，消暑嘅冬瓜盅就搞掂啦！大家有時間不妨喺屋企試吓整，無添加又好味。</p>

<p>材料：冬瓜三斤/迷你冬瓜一個、草菇四両（一開二）、日本花菇四至五粒（浸軟洗乾淨切片或切粒）、蝦米一湯匙（洗淨浸軟）、瑤柱少許、夜香花少許、雞湯2L（我是用雞殼熬湯兩個鐘）</p>

<p>步驟：</p>



<p>1. 冬瓜洗乾淨後用匙羹或走冬瓜中間的肉（需要沿邊大約1 cm的肉），用小刀切去冬瓜皮（zig zag形切）</p>

<p>2. 把冬瓜放進蒸爐以100度蒸8分鐘，再把中間多餘的肉刮去，之後把冬瓜肉切粒</p>



<p>3. 在煲中煮滾雞湯，放入冬瓜粒、花菇、蝦米及瑤柱煮滾後細火煮10分鐘</p>

<p>4. 把煮好的湯放進冬瓜盅，置入海鮮在上，以一百度蒸煮6-8分鐘，加入適量的食鹽，最後放入夜香花即成</p>

<p>日日抗疫留在家中，煮到冇煮意嘅時候，可以試吓呢款湯，有海鮮有湯有菜，一鍋過30分鐘搞掂！這款湯特別嘅地方可以用自己淆嘅雞湯，又或者可以用盒裝雞湯，盒裝雞湯的話我比較喜歡用有機雞湯，冇味精又健康。</p>

<p>冬瓜去除外皮及瓜囊、奄仔蟹洗淨後切開，去除蟹心、花甲清洗乾淨</p>

<p>把奄仔蟹放在冬瓜上，加入2杯雞湯，放入蒸爐，以100度的溫度蒸18分鐘（如果沒有蒸爐也可以隔水蒸18分鐘）</p>
