記得之前去旅行,住過一間酒店,同啲小朋友去游水嘅時候就喺隔離嘅bar食下野咁!佢個蟹肉薯餅係一試難忘,蟹肉鮮甜、薯餅香脆得來入邊又好滑,尋日買到新鮮嘅海花蟹,馬上拆肉來整薯餅。今日試咗整啦,鹹咗少少下次落返少啲鹽😌
蟹肉薯餅用上新鮮嘅紅花蟹,再加忌廉、新鮮香草等等嘅材料,層次不錯呢!不過記得要雪冰格一晚,咁炸起上來就唔會散😉
