<p>估唔到嘅小犬，變咗做大犬，8號風球懸掛到今日，變相多咗一日假期，又寫下食譜俾大家啦！尋日8號風球下嘅蒜片牛柳黃薑飯，牛柳含高鐵質，對發育中嘅小朋友係不錯嘅食材選擇；黃薑飯中嘅黃薑粉可以抗炎，間唔中食吓都唔錯！</p>
