<p>打風前一日傍晚去到街市咩都冇得賣！只係勉強買到少少材料：牛腩邊一斤、紅蘿蔔一個、青瓜同埋一啲生果。</p>



<p>返到屋企之後見到屋企仲有兩個蕃茄、仲有之前買嘅刀削麵，當然仲有唔少嘅香料啦！正統嘅台灣牛肉麵會用牛骨去熬製湯底，打風邊度？仲有牛骨呢就用冰櫃入面之前整定嘅雞湯底啦！簡單版嘅台灣牛肉麵，一樣好食。台灣牛肉麵其實唔難整，不過係需要一啲時間，如果情況許可嘅話，用新鮮牛骨熬湯，再用牛坑腩同埋牛筋來整更加好食（懶嘅就去CC Super買牛湯底啦）</p>

<p>尋日突然間心血來潮想食好香蔥味嘅食品，腦海中諗咗好多唔同嘅菜式出嚟：蔥油雞、蔥油餅、不得了烤雞、蔥油拌麵…….最後就選擇咗蔥油拌麵，因為容易煮，又一碟過，方便方便！</p>



<p>開洋蔥油拌麵嘅開洋，喺浙江嘅方言係解做蝦米，睇落去平平無奇嘅麵條，加入咗濃郁嘅蔥油、冬菇同埋蝦米之後頓時變得唔一樣，不過始終加咗蔥油，有啲肥，唔可以成日食啊！</p>
