<p>以前最愛看一套電影，我很多朋友都有看過周星馳及張國榮做的《家有囍事》，本想今晚做一道百花釀鵝掌，最後因為懶的緣故，做了一道鮑魚炆鵝掌翼，猜不到這到懶人菜譜做出來卻非常美味！ 還只用了四種簡單的調味料<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f92a.png" alt="🤪" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f92a.png" alt="🤪" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />45分鐘就食得！用上這款日本朋友送給我的醬油，為這道菜式增加了層次，美味也！</p>

<p>材料：鵝掌四隻、鵝翼4隻、新鮮鮑魚八隻、薑片3片<br>調味料：蠔油2湯匙、生抽兩湯匙、日本醬油一茶匙、椰糖一茶匙、清水適量、花雕酒少許</p>

<p>步驟：</p>



<p>鵝掌翼洗淨，以跑活水方式處理後去掉鵝毛</p>



<p>鮑魚起肉（記得去掉鮑魚咀，刷洗乾淨後切格子紋）放在滾水中，蓋上蓋子，焗7分鐘至熟，盛開備用</p>



<p>在炒鍋中爆香薑片，放入鵝掌翼炒香，加入花雕酒少許，再放進調味料炒混</p>
