<p class="p1">家中有兩個小朋友正值青春期，想佢哋骨骼生得好啲，生得高啲就煲呢個鱈魚骨湯啊。鱈魚骨含豐富骨膠原蛋白、鈣質同埋磷質，可以提升免疫力，幫助骨骼發展、預防骨質疏鬆同埋增強免疫力。</p>



<p class="p1">而骨膠原蛋白有助滋養皮膚，增加皮膚嘅彈性！雖然佢加咗鱈魚骨湯，不過我自己覺得一啲都唔腥，加埋羊肚菌同埋姬松茸又濃又好味。</p>

<p class="p1">家中有兩個小朋友正值青春期，想佢哋骨骼生得好啲，生得高啲就煲呢個鱈魚骨湯啊。鱈魚骨含豐富骨膠原蛋白、鈣質同埋磷質，可以提升免疫力，幫助骨骼發展、預防骨質疏鬆同埋增強免疫力。</p>



<p class="p1">而骨膠原蛋白有助滋養皮膚，增加皮膚嘅彈性！雖然佢加咗鱈魚骨湯，不過我自己覺得一啲都唔腥，加埋羊肚菌同埋姬松茸又濃又好味。</p>
