<p>魚香茄子相信係很多人喜歡的菜式之一，鹹香美味，加上肉碎及軟滑的茄子，送飯一流！但係喺出邊食嘅魚香茄子，一般為了保持茄子鮮艷嘅紫色會進行走油嘅程序，雖然可以保持茄子嘅顏色，但係就好肥，在家煮，整一個少油嘅版本，好味又健康。</p>
