										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>有留意開樂思廚的朋友，都知道我會不定期到曼谷學煮，11月中去了師傅朋友新開的W spa學煮泰菜，試了用手打魚肉製成的泰式魚餅。魚味濃郁、又鮮味又彈牙！今天終於有時間到街市買新鮮材料試做！買了兩片非常新鮮的鮫魚，用了半小時起肉在用了15分鐘打成魚膠！混合紅咖喱及其他香草，味道果然不得了！在此分享給大家，但吃完後就未必會再出餐廳吃，因為差太遠了！快快試試吧<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60a.png" alt="😊" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60a.png" alt="😊" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60a.png" alt="😊" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img decoding="async" src="https://daphnekitchen.files.wordpress.com/2018/11/img_1886-1.jpg" class="size-full"></p>
<p>材料：鮫魚2片、雞蛋1隻、檸檬葉2小片、青豆角3條、紅咖喱醬約4湯匙、魚露3茶匙、鹽少許、椰糖少許<img decoding="async" src="https://daphnekitchen.files.wordpress.com/2018/11/img_1897.jpg" class="size-full"><img decoding="async" src="https://daphnekitchen.files.wordpress.com/2018/11/img_1898.jpg" class="size-full"><img decoding="async" src="https://daphnekitchen.files.wordpress.com/2018/11/img_1893.jpg" class="size-full"></p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>鮫魚先洗淨去除深紅色的血塊後抹乾</li>
<li>已湯匙刮出魚肉<img decoding="async" src="https://daphnekitchen.files.wordpress.com/2018/11/img_1899.jpg" class="size-full"></li>
<li>再用石盅盅至起膠</li>
<li>加入1隻雞蛋、紅咖喱醬、魚露及椰糖以順時針方法攪拌及達成膠</li>
<li>檸檬葉切幼絲後再切碎、青豆角切片</li>
<li>加入魚膠攪拌</li>
