<p>中午嘅時候想食啲好味嘅雞扒，出街食雞扒好難食到好好味嘅雞扒，都係自己整實際啲新鮮啲！買新鮮嘅雞髀返嚟起自己起骨整最實際！皮煎到脆卜卜，本身打算唔食皮嘅我都忍唔住誘惑，最終成塊食晒！加咗魚露同埋其他香料一齊煮嘅雞扒帶有一啲泰國嘅味道，10分鐘內清碟<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f606.png" alt="😆" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>泰國菜常常以魚露入饌，其咸香味道好多人都喜歡。而豬手也是泰國街頭想食到的美食，今次試一試cross over,魚露浸豬手，效果又會怎樣呢？用上在super market 買的有無激素豬手，非常快稔，大家也可一試啊！<img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/img_0422.jpg" class="wp-image-872 size-full" width="4032" height="3024">材料：豬手1隻、紅蔥頭3粒、蒜頭5粒、莞茜根2條、莞茜籽1茶匙、八角1至2粒、南薑2-3片、香茅1-2枝<img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/img_0731.jpg" class="wp-image-873 size-full" width="4032" height="3024"></p>
<p>調味：豉油2湯匙、魚露120 ml、椰糖2糖匙、水100ml</p>
<p>步驟：</p>

<li>豬手洗淨，以活跑水方法煮滾再清洗乾淨</li>
