<p>三個星期前整過呢個菜式，大家話想要食譜，然後我就忙咗兩個禮拜！今日終於得閒整返食譜俾大家啦！呢排街市有好多好靚嘅西洋菜苗賣，通常西洋菜都係用來煲臘鴨頭湯，但係臘鴨頭不是太健康，想食西洋菜又想健康啲？就試吓用魚湯來煲，估唔到味道又咁夾。加埋杞子，明目又好味，材料亦都唔難買，用嚟做湯飯也是一個好主意！如果復活節冇外遊而姐姐又放假，想喺屋企煮得簡單啲就可以試吓呢個食譜啦！</p>
