										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>沒帶煮意的時候往往也會先到街市買材料，回家才慢慢想要如何醃製。今天在街市行了一會，也沒帶甚麼特別想吃的，於是又買來了一隻黃油雞，回家才慢慢想要如何煮。</p>

<p>材料：雞一隻（淨重約2斤）</p>
<p>醃料：香茅3枝（要根部及去硬皮）、蒜頭一整個（約8-9瓣）、莞茜連根2-3棵</p>

<p>步驟</p>

<li>雞洗淨後抺乾水，以鹽醃約2小時（過夜更佳）</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>下雨天到街市買餸，不想行好耐，快快買完就走，但又無咩好煮意，都係買左返屋企先算。其實，好多朋友問我成日煮唔同既菜，係咪去街市前已經諗定要買咩。當然，大宴親朋時我會諗左先，但平日呢，通常都是買回家先慢慢諗。加上今日下雨天，快快脆買了一盒牛仔骨回家，唔想諗既，可求其用豉油、糖醃左煎熟就食，懶得很！</p>
<p>今日比較早回家，於是就整特別d-整蒜香蜜汁牛仔骨啦！蒜粒半煎炸得脆脆的，加了蜜糖的牛仔骨，甜蜜蜜，好好味啊！</p>
