<p><strong>這幾天都是放假，我已到超級市場閒逛一下。一向喜歡選購香料的我，當然買了一些新的香料是做新的菜式。</strong></p>



<p><strong>今次買的是印度香料</strong>Garam masala <strong>香料。因為在佐敦工作的時候有一間很喜歡的印度餐廳，他做的</strong>Tandoori chicken <strong>非常美味，但由於現在已不在佐敦工作的關係，可以比較少吃。既然今天買了印度香料，自己膽粗粗試吓做</strong>tandoori chicken <strong>啦！</strong> Tandoori chicken <strong>並不難做，但是要用很多不同的香料。</strong></p>



<p><strong>於家中常被很多香料，所以對於我來說難道不高。如果大家真的想做，怕買太多香料的話，已到九龍城城南道，一間專賣椰子油的店舖，有細細包嘅香料賣。</strong></p>

<p>材料：雞一隻、食鹽適量</p>



<p>雞醃料：plain yogurt 3湯匙、grape seed oil 2茶匙、洋蔥半個、青檸汁兩茶匙、姜四片、蒜頭四粒、三茶匙印度Garam masala、一茶匙黃姜粉、兩茶匙孜然粉、兩茶匙芫荽粉、兩茶匙紅椒粉、1茶匙莞茜籽、一湯匙茄膏、1茶匙糖</p>

<p>步驟</p>



<p>1. 雞洗淨後抹乾，適量的鹽醃雞最少兩小時</p>



<p>2. 以攪拌器把所有雞醃料放進，絞碎成醃料</p>

<p>3. 把醃料放進雞，醃最少3小時，過夜更佳</p>

<p>4. 把雞放進錫紙中，廚房紙抹去多餘醃料，氣炸鍋以180度氣炸30分鐘</p>

<p>5. 打開錫紙，180度再氣炸5分鐘，調高溫度至200度，氣炸2至3分鐘至皮脆，取出斬件</p>

<p>6. 把多餘的醃料放在小鍋中，加入一茶匙的食油，煮滾即成蘸汁，與雞肉同吃，非常美味</p>
