<p>雞排2塊（我用雞雞脾起骨）</p>

<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>雞排洗淨後在肉那邊輕切幾刀切斷筋後以鹽醃一晚備用</li>
<li>抹干雞扒在不銹鋼鍋中加入適當的油至熱</li>
