<p>調味料：白酒100ml、鹽少許（也可省）、椰糖1茶匙</p>



<p>步驟：</p>



<p>青口以刷子刷乾淨，拔走足絲（即是青口邊好似鬚的東西）</p>

<p>在鍋中加入油，爆香蒜頭至焦黃</p>



<p>加入青口炒香，鑽酒，蓋上蓋子至青口開口（約5分鐘）加入調味料，再放進金不換葉即成</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>最近工作非常繁忙，是時候對自己好一點。但因為有點疲倦，所以想簡簡單單食餐好。要懶、要好味、要簡單。一次過滿足晒三個願望，仲要食得健康，就煮一個10分鐘煮好的白酒牛油青口吧！</p>
<p>在超級市場買的青口非常新鮮，加上是ready to eat，省卻了很多浸洗的功夫。</p>

<p>1.剪開青口包裝，用清水略洗乾淨</p>

<p>材料：青口一斤、椰汁250ml、蒜頭2粒、乾蔥頭2粒、莞茜1-2根、香茅1根、指天椒1隻、青檸1個<img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="http://daphnema.kitchen/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/img_0668.jpg" class="size-full wp-image-853" height="3024" width="4032"></p>
<p>調味：半湯匙魚露，少許鹽及椰糖</p>
<p>步驟：</p>

<li>青口以清水浸最少半小時，洗淨及去除附在青口處的海草、瀝乾備用</li>
<li>蒜頭及乾蔥頭切細粒、香茅只要根部略拍、莞茜取根部根去黃皮、指天椒切片</li>
