<p>估唔到咁多人鍾意食雞絲粉皮，呢個前菜其實非常容易煮！重點係買到好食嘅粉皮就可以啦！當然亦都可以自己整，工序亦都唔算太繁複（下次再出post同大家分享），今次個post用着現成嘅先。</p>



<p>其實我都試過唔同牌子嘅粉皮，終於搵到一款好味嘅，唔好食嘅粉皮會帶有粉嘅奇怪味道，而今次呢一款粉皮，質地不錯味道也OK！</p>



<p>至於雞方面，就用上新鮮嘅三黃雞，加埋自製嘅醬汁同埋沙律用嘅青瓜，15分鐘搞掂！以後自己煮唔使出去食啦！</p>
