<p>中學時期嘅其中一個回憶係同屋企人返大陸，嗰陣時碧桂園有一個單位，放假嘅時候成日都返去休息吓同埋食吓嘢。而喺碧桂園嘅附近有一間餐廳，非常好味！最出名是其陳村粉，無論係蒸定係炒都做得非常出色！</p>



<p>前幾天路過街市，見到有新鮮嘅陳村粉，馬上買來自己整！陳村粉味道較淡，需要比較濃既調味。我自己則偏向鮮味嘅陳村粉，所以用雞油同埋蟹來調味就最啱啦！加埋昆布同埋蝦米仔，鮮味也。</p>
