<p class="p1">去茶餐廳食飯嘅時候唔係A餐就係B餐，經常都會有嘅就係黑椒汁豬扒飯、黑椒汁豬扒意粉、黑椒汁扒飯或者配薯菜……黑椒汁可說是香港人一定識嘅其中一款醬汁。</p>



<p class="p1">黑椒汁對於我嚟講仲係一個童年回憶，記得小時候爸爸好鍾意煮返兩味，其中一道拿手菜式就係黑椒汁牛扒<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/2764.png" alt="❤" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />當年喺酒店做嘢嘅佢，雖然唔係廚師，但係成日去餐廳睇廚師點樣整牛扒，然後喺屋企自己研究醬汁，爸爸整嘅黑椒汁比較辣，我家小朋友比較喜歡食港式嘅味道，於是我就跟佢嘅研究精神，去我覺得好食嘅茶餐廳試多幾次，再加入自己覺得配搭到嘅調味料，整咗一個獨一無二嘅鮮菇黑椒汁出嚟。</p>



<p class="p1">由於加咗鮮菇，令到黑椒汁多咗一種獨特嘅味道，無論係大朋友或者小朋友都好喜歡！</p>
