										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>到上海餐館吃飯，非常喜歡點這道菜色，嫩滑的雞件浸在調較好的醉雞汁中放雪櫃一個晚上，皮非常滑，而皮呢，則帶淡淡的酒味，作為頭盤，非常開胃。</p>

<p>醉雞汁</p>

<p>步驟：</p>
<p>1. 鮮雞洗淨斬件，以鹽醃最少4小時備用</p>
