<p>因為隻手嘅緣故，所以好耐都冇食過蝦！見到情況好咗少少非常掛住廣式大蝦雲吞，本身諗住整大蝦雲吞，點知姐姐又買錯咗上海餃子雲吞皮皮<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f605.png" alt="😅" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />，既然其他材料都準備晒，咁就照整大蝦豬肉餃子啦！加咗大地魚粉嘅餡料，味道獨特，今次雖然用咗冷藏嘅蝦，但係亦都好彈牙爽口，唔錯唔錯！最後整咗20幾隻，一次過比屋企人食晒<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f92d.png" alt="🤭" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p class="p1">keep fit嘅時候，要食多啲蛋白質，但係又唔想咁悶、又想好味可以點樣做？就花啲心機，整蝦膠、剁豬肉、煎豆腐！</p>



<p class="p1">一般嘅釀豆腐用硬豆腐嚟做，因為冇咁容易爛，但係質地就會爭少少，有心機嘅可以用嫩豆腐去做，食落去質感更加好，係煎嘅時候要小心啲。</p>

<p>上星期到清邁旅行，除咗旅行之外其實都係去學師！今次又去咗上次Miss屋企嗰度整嘢食，朋友們想學豬肉串燒，我心諗：「豬肉串燒我自己都整過好多次，既然朋友想學就睇吓Miss點樣整啦！」，各處鄉村各處麗，泰北嘅豬肉串燒同曼谷嘅串燒有啲唔一樣，無論係醃料、煮法、醬汁都有啲唔同，今次加咗自己嘅一啲心得落去泰北呢個豬肉串燒嗰，實行一個曼谷泰北fusion！整出嚟嘅豬肉串燒又香又Juicy，醬汁材料亦都簡化咗唔少！大家快啲睇吓點樣整啦！</p>

<p>剁豬肉係我媽咪嘅拿手菜式，食過我媽咪整剁豬肉嘅朋友，都覺得非常好味！彈牙、多汁又唔乾！真係好好食，所以一般都係媽咪整，我好少整！</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>小時候很喜歡跟媽媽到街市買東西，但最害怕的是買魚及魷魚，因為魚兒會動來動去，仲有膠袋有魚腥味，所以小時候的我不會主動幫媽媽拎魚。而魷魚呢，通常都是冰鮮的，不會動來動去，但卻有很多黑色的墨，因害怕弄髒衣服，所以也不會主動幫媽媽拿魷魚。但是卻十分喜歡吃。</p>
<p>今天經過街市，見到有非常新鮮的魷魚筒賣，馬上買來一斤。再度豬肉檔買來新鮮的梅頭豬肉，回家就製作一道的豬肉釀魷魚筒。</p>

<p>豬肉調味料：生抽一湯匙、魚露一茶匙、椰糖一茶匙、麻油少許、生粉適量、生油適量</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>肉餅由細到大都食得多，喜歡媽媽做的剁豬肉，用人手慢慢剁碎豬肉，口感Q彈，肉汁滿盈。以我家小朋友呢，就喜歡吃香脆十足的鹹魚煎肉餅。</p>
<p>以往都是用煎鍋來煎，雖是比較耐，也曾發生過有些剪得太燶、有些不夠靚的情況。加上鹹魚肉餅的口味較濃，不太適合小朋友食用。想想有什麼方法可以保存鹹魚肉餅的鹹香味，同時加入蔬菜的清甜。</p>

<p>材料：青檸半個、魚露1湯匙、蒜頭2粒（切粒）、椰糖2茶匙、食水3湯匙、指天椒少許（切粒）</p>

<li>在小鍋中加入水後煮滾、加入椰糖煮融，放入蒜頭略煮後加入魚露及指天椒粒後關火</li>
<li>待涼後加入適量青檸汁即成</li>
