<p>雖然我很愛煮，但是老公還是不時喜歡到連鎖餐廳吃焗豬扒飯，他喜歡茶餐廳焗豬扒飯的炒飯底。昨天見有點時間，就在家中煮一個炒飯底的焗豬扒飯，要他吃到最美味的和最新鮮的焗豬扒飯。</p>



<p>老公愛吃焗豬扒飯但不喜歡吃芝士，所以焗飯上的芝士就有小朋友包辦！用上新鮮有機蕃茄做醬汁的焗豬扒飯，沒有多餘的色素卻帶濃濃的蕃茄香味，不單是老公愛吃，小朋友更加愛吃，只消10分鐘，就把整個焗豬扒飯消滅了！雖然焗豬扒飯在街上隨處可見，自己做的話更加真材實料，準備的時間也不多，疫症下大家也在家試試煮啦！</p>

<p>材料：黑毛豬豬扒三至四件、雞蛋2隻、中筋麵粉兩湯匙、白飯四碗、蒜頭三粒（切片）、蔥頭三粒（切片）、芝士碎（可省）</p>



<p>蕃茄汁材料：茄汁一茶匙、糖兩茶匙、鹽1/3茶匙、喼汁少許、雞湯一杯、有機蕃茄六至八個（視乎大小）切件、香草（我用了Rosemary及parsley)、洋蔥¼個（切件）、白酒半杯</p>

<p>步驟</p>



<p>1. 把所有番茄汁材料（留四至六件蕃茄件作為焗飯之用），放進攪拌機，絞碎後放在煲中，煮20-30分鐘至杰即可</p>

<p>2. 黑毛豬扒洗淨後抹乾，用刀背拍鬆，加少許鹽及黑胡椒醃15分鐘後沾上蛋漿（用一隻雞蛋打發）、再沾上一層薄薄的中筋麵粉備用</p>

<p>3. 加入兩湯匙的油在平底鍋中，燒熱後放進豬扒煎香兩面至9成熟，待豬扒手稍涼後切件</p>

<p>4. 在同一個平底鍋中加入蒜頭及蔥頭炒香後，放入一隻雞蛋，煮至九成熟，用鑊鏟切碎，加入白飯</p>

<p>5. 與雞蛋一同炒香後加入適量鹽及少許生抽調味即成豬扒炒飯底</p>

<p>6. 預熱焗爐200度10分鐘，再焗盤中先加入炒飯，再放上豬扒件及蕃茄件，淋上番茄醬，喜歡芝士的話也可加入適量芝士</p>

<p>7. 把飯放進已預熱的焗爐中，焗8至10分鐘至表面金黃即可</p>

<p>材料：黑毛豬排4塊、蒜頭1整個、指天椒1隻、蔥花少許（我家無蔥，今次無落）、雞蛋1隻、生</p>
<p>豬排醃料：豉油2茶匙、糖少許、鹽少許、生粉少許、魚露少許、麻油2茶匙</p>
