<p class="p1">突然想補充骨膠原?食豬手就啱啦！晏晝去街市買來一隻新鮮嘅豬手，斬件之後先燒晒啲毛然後慢慢炆，用上新鮮沙薑、乾沙薑同埋沙薑粉整出嚟嘅豬手，唔單止骨膠原滿滿，仲好香添！</p>

<p>1小時後試味，可以按喜好加入適量的生抽及魚露，如果豬手唔夠腍，可以再加時間炆多一陣</p>

<p>呢排要清冰櫃，發現冰櫃入邊有一包上星期買嘅泰國無激素豬手！白雪雪好靚仔，就用嚟整糖醋豬手啦！一個人可以食半隻！泰國嚟嘅豬手有一個好處，就係冇乜毛，唔需要夾毛夾到眼矇，用糖醋汁去煮，仲有汁撈飯添！呢排個人比較懶，成日整埋啲有汁嘅菜式用嚟撈飯，快快脆乾乾淨<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/263a.png" alt="☺" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p>終於都到我收爐啦！收爐梗係要整返啲賀年嘅菜式同屋企人食吓啦！今日整完盆菜之後就預備呢個菜式，南乳蓮藕冬菇炆豬手<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60f.png" alt="😏" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />今次用上新嘅玩具instant Pot 只需要半小時左右就整好啦！</p>

<p>鹹豬手喺凍肉舖好容易買到，只需要稍為加工，就可以做到非常美味嘅德國鹹豬手！而秘訣就係一罐美味嘅麥啤，雖然未能出街，也可以享受餐廳質素嘅德國鹹豬手！</p>

<p>最近幾天十分忙碌，也沒有時間創作食譜給大家。昨天經過街市的時候，看見有非常新鮮的黑毛豬豬手賣，馬上買來一隻要好好對待自己才是。</p>



<p>今天完成外送後，就做一道紅燒黑毛豬豬手，給自己和家人補充一下骨膠原。紅燒豬手的名字十分有霸氣，但是其實製作十分簡單。用這到簡單的方法來處理新鮮的豬手，還能吃到豬手的獨特香味是不錯的做法。</p>



<p>材料：<br>豬手一隻、八角三至四粒、花椒半茶匙、桂皮一支、香葉4-5片、蒜頭四至五粒、蔥段適量、姜兩至三片、椰糖或冰糖適量</p>

<p>調味料：玫瑰露酒一瓶蓋、生抽3湯匙、老抽少許、水少許</p>

<p>步驟：<br />1.豬手以跑活水的方式出水，再用鉗把幼毛除去，備用<br />2.在炒鍋中加入適量的生油，先爆香蒜頭、花椒八角、桂皮、香葉、薑及蔥段，盛起備用</p>

<p><br />3.在同一個炒鍋中加入椰糖煮融，加入豬手煎香外皮，把香草回鍋</p>

<p>再加入調味料煮滾，蓋上蓋子，以中小火炆林<br />4.轉用大火，把汁略為收乾即成！</p>

<p>調味：豉油2湯匙、魚露120 ml、椰糖2糖匙、水100ml</p>

<li>豬手洗淨，以活跑水方法煮滾再清洗乾淨</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>今日病左，口淡淡好想食師傅教既魷魚豬手，因病到暈暈地，所以今日去taste 買豬手就算，買左一隻叫農夫豬既豬手，返到屋企先發現佢無切開一切切，但因為懶既原故，所以就咁用就算，又估唔到，原來呢隻農夫豬手炆一陣就又滑又稔，之前試過香港豬都係好難稔，呢隻真係可以一試呀！</p>

<p>材料： 豬手一隻、乾魷魚6-7隻</p>
<p>調味： 蝦醬少許、椰糖少許、油少許、水少許、生抽少許</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>豬手洗乾淨，記得用夾清取雜毛</li>
<li>豬手以跑活水形式煲滾，再清洗乾淨</li>
<li>調味料拌混待用</li>
<li>乾魷魚洗淨</li>

<p>材料：豬手一隻、雞蛋5隻、冬菇4隻、蒜頭6粒、八角2-3粒、白胡椒粒半茶匙、五香粉少許、莞茜根6條、桂皮2枝</p>
<p>調味料：豉油3湯匙、蠔油4湯匙、椰糖3湯匙（鐘意顏色深的可加1-2湯匙老抽）、美祿粉2湯匙</p>

<li>豬手以跑活水方式處理後洗淨</li>

<li>冬菇洗淨，不用浸</li>
<li>蒜頭去皮、莞茜根去黃色皮略拍、八角桂皮及白胡椒洗淨</li>
