										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>公司在佐敦，以往的lunch time 都很短，只布一小時，所以常常幫襯附近的連鎖式茶餐廳。很多時都是吃午餐，不是魚柳就是豬排那種<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f648.png" alt="🙈" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />偶爾餐牌會出現燒豬仔脾就會二話不說地order<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60d.png" alt="😍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60d.png" alt="😍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f60d.png" alt="😍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />其實不是因為此餐廳整得好好食，只是我喜歡吃豬仔脾。肉沒有豬的腥臭味也十分嫩滑！加上可拎住來食，十分方便！</p>
<p>今天經過街市，有售美國來的豬仔脾，一包10隻，靈機一觸不如自己也試試做呀！一半用土匪香料來做、一半就用南乳醬，結果是&#8230;. 兩款也很好吃！除了送飯外，開party時作小吃，也是很不錯的選擇呢<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/263a.png" alt="☺" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p>材料： 豬仔脾10隻</p>
<p>醃料（土匪香料）： 孜然粉1茶匙、紅椒粉1茶匙、鹽半茶匙、油少許</p>

<li>5隻豬仔脾以土匪香料醃好</li>
<li>另外5隻以南乳料醃好</li>
<li>焗爐預熱250度</li>
