<p class="p1">keep fit嘅時候，要食多啲蛋白質，但係又唔想咁悶、又想好味可以點樣做？就花啲心機，整蝦膠、剁豬肉、煎豆腐！</p>



<p class="p1">一般嘅釀豆腐用硬豆腐嚟做，因為冇咁容易爛，但係質地就會爭少少，有心機嘅可以用嫩豆腐去做，食落去質感更加好，係煎嘅時候要小心啲。</p>

<p>素食食譜平時冇乜研究，最近多咗朋友食素，所以整個素食食譜俾大家，豆腐係素食朋友好鍾意嘅材料之一，含有豐富嘅蛋白質。煮豆腐一般都係用素蠔油去煮，今次就介紹一個惹味嘅做法俾大家！材料非常簡單，所有街市都買得到，菜式矜貴嘅地方係在乎耐性。</p>



<p>要將硬豆腐煎到每一面都金黃色，需要少少技巧同埋多少少嘅耐性，就同大家分享吓做法啦！</p>

<p>成日大魚大肉，有時也想吃得清淡一點，但發育中的小朋友也需要足夠的蛋白質，今晚就做一道老少都適宜的紅燒豆腐。做紅燒豆腐其實沒有很多的技巧，最需要的卻是耐性，在蒸煮豆腐是不要翻來翻去，豆腐才能保持完整。</p>



<p>食素的朋友可使用素蠔油，用陶鍋來煮豆腐能保持溫度，吃到最後豆腐還是暖暖的，用醬汁來伴飯吃，也很捧啊！</p>

<p>材料：硬豆腐兩件、蔥段適量、蒜頭三粒（略拍）<br />汁料：蠔油兩湯匙、生抽兩茶匙、麻油少許、椰糖一茶匙、水兩至三湯匙、老抽少許、生粉水適量</p>



<p>步驟：<br>1.硬豆腐洗淨後切件，要用廚房紙或布抹乾水<br>2.在炒鍋中加入適量的油，把豆腐放進，每邊以中小火煎煮大約4分鐘至金黃色（6邊合共煎煮24分鐘），盛起豆腐備用</p>

<p>材料：硬豆腐2件、蔥數條</p>
<p>調味： 蠔油2湯匙、豉油1湯匙、糖少許、水少許</p>
<p>步驟：</p>

<li>豆腐洗淨、切件及抹乾</li>
<li>蔥切段</li>
