<p>每一次食北海道元貝嘅時候，都係用蒜蓉粉絲去蒸，今晚食西餐，想用個西式嘅方法去處理北海道元貝，咁啱屋企有一啲用剩咗嘅金不換葉，不如就用來做金不換牛油，加埋麵包糠用嚟焗北海道元貝，唔知道效果如何？</p>



<p>北海道元貝先起肉，然後煎香，再加入預先整好咗嘅香草牛油同埋麵包糠，外脆內軟，帶子因為先行煎過，能夠鎖住肉汁，入邊仲好嫩滑，平時食又得，宴客都絕不失禮！</p>

<p>雖然我很愛煮，但是老公還是不時喜歡到連鎖餐廳吃焗豬扒飯，他喜歡茶餐廳焗豬扒飯的炒飯底。昨天見有點時間，就在家中煮一個炒飯底的焗豬扒飯，要他吃到最美味的和最新鮮的焗豬扒飯。</p>



<p>老公愛吃焗豬扒飯但不喜歡吃芝士，所以焗飯上的芝士就有小朋友包辦！用上新鮮有機蕃茄做醬汁的焗豬扒飯，沒有多餘的色素卻帶濃濃的蕃茄香味，不單是老公愛吃，小朋友更加愛吃，只消10分鐘，就把整個焗豬扒飯消滅了！雖然焗豬扒飯在街上隨處可見，自己做的話更加真材實料，準備的時間也不多，疫症下大家也在家試試煮啦！</p>

<p>材料：黑毛豬豬扒三至四件、雞蛋2隻、中筋麵粉兩湯匙、白飯四碗、蒜頭三粒（切片）、蔥頭三粒（切片）、芝士碎（可省）</p>



<p>蕃茄汁材料：茄汁一茶匙、糖兩茶匙、鹽1/3茶匙、喼汁少許、雞湯一杯、有機蕃茄六至八個（視乎大小）切件、香草（我用了Rosemary及parsley)、洋蔥¼個（切件）、白酒半杯</p>

<p>步驟</p>



<p>1. 把所有番茄汁材料（留四至六件蕃茄件作為焗飯之用），放進攪拌機，絞碎後放在煲中，煮20-30分鐘至杰即可</p>

<p>2. 黑毛豬扒洗淨後抹乾，用刀背拍鬆，加少許鹽及黑胡椒醃15分鐘後沾上蛋漿（用一隻雞蛋打發）、再沾上一層薄薄的中筋麵粉備用</p>

<p>3. 加入兩湯匙的油在平底鍋中，燒熱後放進豬扒煎香兩面至9成熟，待豬扒手稍涼後切件</p>

<p>4. 在同一個平底鍋中加入蒜頭及蔥頭炒香後，放入一隻雞蛋，煮至九成熟，用鑊鏟切碎，加入白飯</p>

<p>6. 預熱焗爐200度10分鐘，再焗盤中先加入炒飯，再放上豬扒件及蕃茄件，淋上番茄醬，喜歡芝士的話也可加入適量芝士</p>

<p>今天經過街市的時候，買了三隻手掌般大的大虎蝦，用上新鮮的材料，以最簡單的方法來烹調，能吃到食物的原味及鮮味。</p>



<p>意粉則用上有機蕃茄熬製的醬汁來煮，不消30分鐘，好味簡單而營養豐富的午餐就做好啦！</p>

<p>材料：新鮮虎蝦三隻、蒜頭四至五粒、意粉適量、車厘茄少許、xo少許<br>醬汁材料：有機蕃茄兩個、蕃茄醬1湯匙、蘋果醋一茶匙、椰糖一湯匙、鹽少許、金不換葉適量</p>

<p>有機蕃茄去皮後，以攪拌機攪碎變成蕃茄蓉</p>

<p>在鍋中爆香蒜頭，加入蕃茄蓉、番茄醬、蘋果醋、椰糖及鹽，已中慢火煮至變杰，即成意粉番茄醬</p>

<p>意粉放滾水中煮7分鐘，盛起後已水喉水沖乾淨備用</p>

<p>虎蝦開邊後去除蝦腸蝦腦，加入少許鹽，先煎香蝦殻，再反轉煎香蝦肉，加入少許xo爆香，盛起備用</p>

<p>在炒鍋中加入少許油，爆香蒜頭及車厘茄，把意粉加入煮好的意粉醬汁中，加入金不換葉拌混，在上面放上已煎香的虎蝦即可</p>
