										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>大學的時候，一到冬天就很喜歡和大學同學周圍去，而必去地點之一，就是油麻地廟街。愛吃那裡熱騰騰的煲仔飯，更愛吃又香又脆的蠔餅！那恰度好處的粉漿配以適量的莞茜，加上脆脆的口感，令人再三回味<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f606.png" alt="😆" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>
<p>然而，大排擋式的風味，換來的可能是一口蠔碎或是肚痛，有小朋友後，更注重食品的潔淨度，再也沒有到廟街吃蠔餅了，心裡其實還是很想再吃到那種味道&#8230;&#8230;</p>

<p>材料：新鮮蠔仔半斤、莞茜適量、雞蛋1隻、鴨蛋3隻、木薯粉（tapioca powder）2茶匙</p>
<p>調味：鹽1/3茶匙、椰糖半茶匙、魚露1湯匙、胡椒粉粉許</p>
