										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>話說上次買的蟹鉗雖然細細隻，今一包只賣$105 仲釀有成30隻，做完蟹鉗粉絲煲後，還可以多做一道菜式！今天突然想吃脆卜卜的東西，就買來斤半鮮蝦，請家中的姐姐代勞，預備樂蝦膠，放工回來，只需4個步驟，就做好人見人愛，香噴噴的百花釀蟹鉗。在家吃 食多少也可，新鮮又實惠！幫鄰居整埋，加埋椰子雞湯外送，幸福也！</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>今天午飯的時候，在一家優質凍肉店發現了有由日本進口的蟹鉗，本想自製蝦膠，做一個百花釀蟹鉗。可是，工作一天後已十分疲累，不想吃飯卻想吃粉絲，快快脆來個粉絲蟹鉗煲！</p>
<p>猜不到雪藏蟹鉗還很鮮味，加上泰式粉絲口感彈彈，簡簡單單又一餐！</p>

<p>材料： 蟹鉗10-12隻、芹菜2棵、莞茜適量、莞茜連根4-5棵、紫洋蔥1/4個、蒜頭4-5粒、蔥頭2-3粒、蔥2棵、泰式粉絲大包一包或2包小包粉絲</p>
<p>粉絲醃料： 蠔油1.5湯匙、豉油1湯匙、糖2茶匙、鹽少許、莞茜籽1茶匙、莞茜腳4-5隻、黃薑粉少許、沙薑粉少許、水約30 ml、油2湯匙</p>

<p>1. 所有香草洗淨，紫洋蔥切件、蔥及芹菜切段、莞茜撕碎、莞茜腳去皮拍扁</p>
<p>2. 浸軟粉絲，加入粉絲醃料、芹菜、洋蔥、蔥、蒜頭及蔥頭拌好醃約30分鐘</p>

<p>3. 蟹鉗加鹽略醃</p>
