<p>上次外送服務後，有朋友即時問我有沒有這個湯的食譜，因為近幾天都非常忙碌，所以今天才有時間寫一下食譜分享給大家。</p>



<p>哈密瓜響螺頭用上澳洲來的哈密瓜，非常爽甜。而美味的秘訣則在於用上多個螺頭去煲，實屬重本之作！其實，我常常覺得煲湯並不困難，既然要煲就要煲美味的湯，落重料就一定好喝，另外螺頭一定要出及剪開去除腸臟才可，就在這裏分享這個既簡單又好喝的食譜給大家啦。</p>

<p>材料：冰螺頭7-8個、澳洲哈密瓜一個、果皮一小塊、瑤柱數粒、蜜棗一個、瘦肉適量</p>

<p>步驟：<br>1.冰螺頭先解凍洗淨，放在凍水中煮滾（活跑水）後盛起，洗乾淨。豬肉也是同樣方法處理</p>

<p>4.在湯煲內滾起水，把所有材料放進，先以大火煲30分鐘，再轉細火煲1小時，最後以大火在煲30分鐘即成</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>《樂思廚湯水食譜-快捷版響螺沙蟲腰果湯》</p>
<p>很少介紹中式湯水的食譜，但其實我十分喜歡喝湯。在中學的時候，因家住得很近街市，有時放學回家時，會順道買薯仔蕃茄瘦肉回家當下午茶！來我家的同學都覺得很奇怪，為甚麼下午茶喝蕃茄湯及食上湯花蟹。</p>
<p>在中式湯水中， 我最喜歡的是響螺頭湯。平時愛用哈蜜瓜來煲，清清甜甜的，很美味！今天在家突然想喝，但又不想外出買材料，就用家中有的材料去煲。用了6隻乾螺頭及30條湯蟲煲出來的湯，清甜又無油！先白鑊煎香螺頭陳沙蟲，煲湯的時間能大大縮短，但鮮味如舊！這度湯水十分滋潤，是轉季的湯水首選呢！</p>

<p>材料：乾響螺頭6隻、沙蟲約30條、腰果一小碗、蜜棗2粒、瑤柱一粒、薑兩片、水約3L</p>

<li>沙蟲浸軟，剪開及去除所有沙粒，其他材料洗淨備用</li>
