<p>大人小朋友都愛食雞翼！雞翼亦係上班一族喜歡的食材之一，放工後樂快煮好，個個都鐘意，的確係快靚正！</p>



<p>之前收到不少inbox 查詢，問有關雞翼去雪味問題。首先，我用開的泰國牌子的雞翼雪味不重，大家選材料時可選擇比較優質的食材，味道差好遠的！另外，可把雞翼放在淡鹽水中浸15分鐘，沖水後沿骨擠出血水，都可以改善雪味的問題！</p>



<p>講返改良版雞翼先，今次用上懶人氣炸鍋焗完再煮一陣，懶到出汁！無氣炸鍋的朋友，將雞翼炸香的效果都一樣啊！</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>時間過得很快，暑假轉眼就過去，又開始忙碌的一年了。今天回家已經有點晚，加上最近很忙，所以只能在超市買來S pure 雞下脾再回家想想如何烹調。</p>
<p>最近很喜歡配mix and match遊戲，買了材料後才找相配的調味料及製作醬汁，挑戰一下自己，嘗試一下新的味道才能製作新的食譜給大家。</p>

<li>雞脾以醃料醃最少30分鐘，過夜更佳</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>下雨天到街市買餸，不想行好耐，快快買完就走，但又無咩好煮意，都係買左返屋企先算。其實，好多朋友問我成日煮唔同既菜，係咪去街市前已經諗定要買咩。當然，大宴親朋時我會諗左先，但平日呢，通常都是買回家先慢慢諗。加上今日下雨天，快快脆買了一盒牛仔骨回家，唔想諗既，可求其用豉油、糖醃左煎熟就食，懶得很！</p>
<p>今日比較早回家，於是就整特別d-整蒜香蜜汁牛仔骨啦！蒜粒半煎炸得脆脆的，加了蜜糖的牛仔骨，甜蜜蜜，好好味啊！</p>

<p>醃料： 生抽半湯匙、糖少許、魚露少許</p>

<p>材料： 雞翼12隻（一開二），洗淨抹乾備用</p>
<p>醃料： 糖1茶匙、豉油2湯匙、莞茜腳（洗淨切碎3條）、魚露1茶匙、油少許，醃雞翼最少2小時</p>
<p>汁料：青檸2個（只要汁）蜜糖2湯匙、鹽少許</p>
<p>步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>雞翼先煎至9成熟盛起備用</li>
<li>在同一煱中加入汁料煮沸，試味（如不夠酸可多加青檸汁、不夠甜多加蜜糖）</li>
<li>煮至醬汁微杰後放入雞翼拌混，醬汁變杰即成</li>
